MATATO tourism sector training programme
Maldives Association of Travel Agents and Tour Operators (MATATO) has begun a tourism sector training programme.
The program is targeted to coach trainers from the tourism sector, who can go on to train others in the field. The training programme is organised by MATATO in collaboration with a Sri Lankan Firm.

The training is facilitated by former consultants at Google Sri Lanka, Roshan Jaiveer and Manish Jaya-suriya. Roshan is the CEO of Antara Solutions, one of the biggest Digital Marketing companies in Sri Lanka. 40 officials from the tourism sector are participating in the training which began on Sunday.
