Maldives Tourism Development Corporation (MTDC) has reported USD 5.8 million as net profit for the last quarter of 2016.
In the last quarter of 2016, MTDC generated an income of USD 4.1 million. During the last quarter, MTDC also reduced operational cost from USD 2.4 million to USD 1.5 million.
MTDC was formed in 2015 to create the opportunity to bring the wealth garnered from the tourism industry to every man and woman in the Maldives.
