India's R.P.P Group has completed the foundation work of the Renaatus Ithaamuiy apartment complex that is being developed in Hulhumale'.
South India's leading conglomerate infrastructure development group commenced the project, as a mixed use residential complex in December 2016. The foundation work of the project was completed and that the work on the construction of the building will be completed in accordance with the schedule, R.P.P. Group said.
The 72 room apartment complex, which is located near the Hulhumale' ferry terminal, is scheduled to be completed by April 2018. 4 penthouses, apartments consisting of 3 rooms, 2 rooms and single rooms will be developed under the project, according to the company. “The 9 storey waterfront property will include a fitness club, a cinema and a children's play room amongst other facilities,” R.P.P. Group said.
Under the government's efforts to provide housing units to the people, around 7,000 housing units are being developed in Hulhumale', according to the Ministry of Housing and Infrastructure.
