The Ministry of Environment and Energy on Sunday signed a contract with Fenaka Corporation Limited for the surveying and construction of sewerage facilities in four islands.
Under the contract, sewerage networks will be established in Bilehdhoo of Faafu Atoll, Innamaadhoo of Raa Atoll, Feevah of Shaviyani Atoll, and Madaveli of Gaafu Dhaalu Atoll.
The contract was signed by Minister of Environment and Energy, Thoriq Ibrahim Managing Director of Fenaka Corporation Limited, Ahmed Shareef.
The MVR2 million project will be completed within 03 months from the signing of the contract, according to the Ministry.
