Hulhumale’ jetty development project to be completed in 2 months

Housing Development Corporation (HDC) has said the ongoing project to build a jetty in Hulhumale' will be completed within the next two months.

Speaking to PSM News, Mohamed Siman, Managing Director of HDC, said the project consists of building a roofed walkway, installation of lamp posts and construction of finger jetty that will accommodate vessels at both sides of the jetty.

“With the growing population of Hulhumale', additional jetty space is needed to accommodate vessels,” he added.

Hulhumale' has a population of over 50,000 people.
