Maldives ranked third on Hayes & Jarvis top destinations list

The Maldives has been ranked third on British tour operator Hayes & Jarvis' list of top destinations for 2017.

“The Maldives continue to be the number one choice for honeymooners – and all-inclusive options are really attractive right now. The perfect choice if you’re planning to pop the question over the festive period and you want value for money without any compromise on luxury,” the operator said on its website.

According to Hayes and Jarvis, its Long Haul Trends Report 2017 reveals favourites, as well as the destinations and travel habits which it believes will be making the biggest waves this year.

New York topped the list and is followed by Thailand. Las Vegas and Mauritius are ranked fourth and fifth respectively.
