Real estate developer Koadhi Investment has launched a housing project in Hulhumalé.
The K-Park Residences, designed by a Korean firm, was officially launched by the Maldivian Ambassador to Singapore Hamdhoon Hameed.
The K-Park Residences project will see the development of a 13-storey apartment complex comprising 110 apartments. The ground floor of the building will house a children’s play area and a day care centre, and the second floor will have a swimming pool.
Speaking after inaugurating the project, Maldivian Ambassador to Singapore Hamdhoon Hameed highlighted the importance of such projects to the development of Hulhumalé. He further spoke about the infrastructure development projects initiated by the Government.
Speaking at the function, Managing Director of Koadhi Investment – Ali Latheef noted that the design work of the building was done by a Korean company. He noted that the building will be eco-friendly, and said the apartments at affordable rates.
The K-Park residences will have 1200 square feet and 1500 square feet, two and three-bedroom apartments.
