Male’ Water and Sewerage Company (MWSC)’s senior officials completed a “Leadership Enhancement Programme” conducted at the Girifushi Training Centre.
According to MWSC’s Managing Director Hussain Fahmy, the programme aimed to strengthen teamwork, discipline, strategic thinking and determination among the company’s leaders.
Fahmy said the knowledge and experience gained from the programme will help improve decision-making, workplace team capabilities and develop future-ready leaders. This will, in turn, strengthen MWSC’s operations and improve the quality of service provided to the public, he added.
Fahmy praised the President and the Commander-in-Chief of the Maldives National Defence Force (MNDF), Dr Mohamed Muizzu’s efforts towards leadership development in the country, and also thanked the Minister of Defence and National Service and MNDF leadership for their support and cooperation.
