Renaatus launches luxury apartment complex in Hulhumale’

Renaatus Projects Private Limited has launched “Renaatus Ithaa Muiy”, a luxury waterfront mixed use residential complex to be developed in Hulhumale’.

The developer said the proposed complex directly facing the lagoon and ocean will have 72 luxurious apartments and will be located within 2 minutes walking distance from Hulhumale’ ferry terminal.

The project was officially launched by Minister of Tourism Moosa Zameer at a ceremony held at Champa Central Hotel Wednesday evening. Ambassador of India to the Maldives, Akhilesh Mishra, Country Head & Chief Executive Officer of State Bank of India, C. Sanakaranarayanan and members of the business community and architects attended the ceremony.

Renaatus is a part of the RPP Group of India that has been operating in the infrastructure development sector in India since the 1970s. Renaatus’ first venture in the Maldives was to undertake and complete the construction of the “India-Maldives Friendship, Faculty of Tourism & Hospitality Building”.

Renaatus is currently conducting the renovation of the “Indira Gandhi Memorial Hospital” in Male’ since 2014.
