Judging begins for Maldives Travel Awards

Maldives Association of Travel Agents and Tour Operators, MATATO said on Wednesday that judging had commenced for Maldives Travel Awards.

MATATO said 246 nominations in 35 categories were submitted for the award this year.

“Nominations that receive the highest points will win the awards. 75 percent of the points will be awarded by the judges, and the remaining twenty-five percent will come via SMS messaging by the public,” MATATO said.

It also said “voters can cast their votes through the official website: www.travelawards.mv and also via SMS, available to both Dhiraagu and Ooredoo customers.”
