FM Dr. Asim meets counterparts from three countries

Foreign Minister Dr. Mohamed Asim meets counterparts from three countries on the sidelines of the United Nations General Assembly in New York.

The Maldives delegation at the UNGA is headed by Dr. Asim.

Dr. Asim met with the Foreign Ministers of Singapore, United Arab Emirates and New Zealand.

During the meetings, Dr. Asim and his counterparts discussed on strengthening bilateral relations with the respective countries, and other issues of mutual concern.

During the visit, Dr. Asim also shared Maldives’ experience with ICTs on south to south cooperation in public service delivery organised by Bangladesh.
