Maldives National Defense Force (MNDF) this week conducted a leadership training programme for the staff of State Trading Organisation. 44 attended the programme titled “Leadership Enhancement” held at Girifushi Island, Kaafu Atoll.
Speaking at the closing ceremony of the programme, Commander of MNDF College of Defense and Security Studies - Colonel Wais Waheed highlighted the importance of human resource development, and providing leadership and training opportunities to the youth.
According to MNDF, the programme included 13 hours of theory classes and 20 practical sessions, totalling 48 hours.
