“Maldivian” assigned travel partner of Maldivian Idol Season 2

National carrier, Maldivian has been named the Travel Partner of popular reality show Maldivian Idol season two.

After a hugely successful first season, Public Service Media (PSM) is now preparing for season two of the famed show, with assigning partners and sponsors. Maldivian was appointed the Travel Partner of the show under an agreement signed on Tuesday by Deputy Managing Director of PSM Aminath Shaayan Shahid and Head of Commercial at Maldivian Aminath Sameeha.

Speaking after signing the agreement, Shaayan assured PSM’s commitment to make the season two of Maldivian Idol even more successful. Maldivian notes this as an opportunity to contribute to efforts in promoting youth development and empowerment. Lotus Fihaara was earlier named the main sponsor of the show.

PSM said over 15 companies, both state-owned and private, had expressed interest in becoming partners of the country’s first franchise reality show. Season two of the show is set to be officially announced next month.
