PSM launches campaign to create awareness on defamation law

Public Service Media (PSM) on Monday launched a campaign to create public awareness on the Defamation and Freedom of Speech Act.

Under the campaign, PSM would provide detail information regarding the legislation through its TV and radio channels, social media accounts, and print media.

PSM would broadcast programmes and reports on TVM, Dhivehiraajjeyge Adu, Majlis TV, YES TV, Dhivehi FM, and Dheenuge Adu, and disseminate such information through weekly magazine Maldeeb, website and social media platforms.
