Maldives Islamic Bank (MIB) on Thursday opened a branch in Kulhudhuhfushi Island, Haa Dhaalu Atoll. It is located on the Ground and First floor of Parisge, on Ameenee Magu, Kulhudhuhfushi Island.
The bank said the new branch offers a comprehensive range of banking products and services for individuals and businesses that are compliant with Shariah, including current, savings and investments accounts, business financing facilities, consumer financing facilities, trade finance, remittance, ATM and other ancillary services.
According to MIB, the opening of Kulhudhuhfushi branch is in line with the bank’s strategic development plan to expand its branch network in the key markets in response to the growing demand for Islamic banking services among the public.
MIB currently has branches in Malé City, Addu City, Thinadhoo, Hulhumalé and Kulhudhuhfushi.
