Foreign Minister Commends Outgoing Saudi Ambassador for Strengthening Bilateral Relations

In a farewell meeting held Sunday, Minister of Foreign Affairs Dr Abdulla Khaleel expressed gratitude to outgoing Saudi Arabian Ambassador to the Maldives, Matrek Al-Ajalin Aldosari for his pivotal role in enhancing diplomatic ties and cooperation between the Maldives and Saudi Arabia.

During the meeting held at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Minister Khaleel conveyed the government’s deep appreciation to Ambassador for his invaluable contributions to strengthening the brotherly relations between the Maldives and Saudi Arabia. The Minister also highlighted the Ambassador’s efforts in enhancing close cooperation between the two countries across key areas.

Ambassador Aldosari expressed sincere gratitude to the government and people of the Maldives for the warm hospitality and friendship extended to him during his tenure. He reaffirmed the Kingdom’s commitment to further strengthening the close and brotherly ties between the two countries.

Minister Khaleel also acknowledged the warmth and friendship the Ambassador maintained throughout his tenure, and expressed confidence that the strong ties between the Maldives and Saudi Arabia will continue to flourish under the leadership of his successor. 

The Minister extended his best wishes to Ambassador in his future endeavors and assured the government’s full support and cooperation to the incoming ambassador.
