The Maldives opens an Embassy in Germany.
According to the President’s Office, the Embassy opened on June 22, would pave the way to further strengthen bilateral relations between Germany and the Maldives. It was opened under the Government’s efforts to promote the country’s status in the international arena as part of its Foreign Policy, the President’s Office said.
It added that the Embassy will also work to promote the Maldives as a tourist destination in Germany.
