Maldives Association of Travel Agents and Tour Operators (MATATO) has launched its "Maldives Finder 2025" magazine. The magazine, which is released every year, was officially launched this year by the Minister of Tourism Ibrahim Faisal in the ongoing World Travel Market (WTM) in London, UK.
MATATO revealed that the magazine was published with the endorsement of the Maldives Marketing and Public Relations Corporation (MMPRC) and the tourism ministry. It includes comprehensive information on the Maldives, including, local cuisines, photography services, and information pertaining to Maldivian culture and heritage, as well as pictures showcasing the natural beauty of the country. It additionally features scripts from businessmen and prominent individuals in the tourism industry and important information for travellers determined to visit the Maldives.
Speaking at the ceremony held to launch the magazine, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of MATATO Aminath Suzan stated that the primary objective of launching the magazine is to promote the Maldives' tourism industry, advertise the industry on international platforms and encourage more tourists to visit the Maldives.
