CPC ready to share party and country management experiences

Minister of International Department of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Liu Jianchao has stated that the party is ready to share it's valuable party and country management experiences. He made the remarks during the discussions held with the Minister of Transport and Civil Aviation Mohamed Ameen.

Minister Ameen and delegation of the ruling party of Maldives, People's National Congress (PNC) are currently undertaking an official visit to China, upon the invitation extended by Minister Jianchao. The PNC team includes the party's Permennant Secretary Zeenaz Adnan, parliamentarians and PNC memebers.

The discussions held between Minister Ameen and Minister Jianchao focused on the avenues in which the two parties can establish mutual relations. During the discussions, Minister Jianchoa noted that this year marks the tenth year since China's President Xi Jinping undertook his first official visit to the Maldives. He also revealed that President Dr. Mohamed Muizzu and President Xi Jinping agreed to enhance the strategic bilateral relations between the two countries, during President Dr. Muizzu's official visit to China.

Furthermore, Minister Jianchao assured that the CPC has been maintaining close relations with PNC as well as other political parties of the Maldives. The minister expressed readiness to share CPC's valuable experiences related to party and country management.

Meanwhile, Minister Ameen emphasised on the long-standing, enhanced bilateral ties between the Maldives and China. The minister extended his sincere appreciation to China, for its support provided for the socio-economic development of the Maldives. He suggested establishing bilateral relations with China in the fields of trade and culture. The minister further expressed the Maldives' commitment to enhance telecommunications between the two countries, share more country management experiences and strengthen the works pertaining to the regional development.

The meeting was attended by cenior official of the PNC delegations and Vice President of International Department of CPC Sun Haiyan.
