Maldives Hajj Mission arrives to Saudi Arabia

The Ministry of Islamic Affairs has announced that members of the Maldives Hajj Mission have arrived in Saudi Arabia. The mission, comprising five officials from the Islamic Ministry, is responsible for assisting Maldivians traveling to Saudi Arabia for the Hajj pilgrimage this year.

The Ministry stated that the mission will collaborate closely with Saudi Arabian authorities to facilitate the journey for Maldivian pilgrims. The Maldives Hajj Mission, tasked with officially managing the arrangements for the pilgrims, includes a total of seven members. Among them are a doctor and a media representative from the Islamic Ministry, ensuring comprehensive support and communication for the pilgrims.

This year, a total of 1,000 individuals from the Maldives will perform the Hajj. The presence of the Maldives Hajj Mission is aimed at ensuring a smooth and well-organized pilgrimage experience for all Maldivian participants.
