Vice President signs book of condolences for Late Uz. Ismail Visham

Vice President Hussain Mohamed Latheef has signed the book of condolences opened in memory of the late Uz. Ismail Visham at the Department of Judicial Administration.

In his statement, Vice President Latheef highlighted Ismail Visham's unwavering dedication and underscored the immeasurable contributions he made to advance the legal services sector in the Maldives. The Vice President specifically commended Ismail Visham for his role in earning the appreciation of legal professionals and reinforcing the Bar Council.

Concluding his remarks, Vice President Latheef expressed deep and heartfelt condolences to the family of the late Ismail Visham, extending sympathies to members of the Bar Council and all those tirelessly working in the field of legal services.

The condolence register will remain open until February 8 on the ground floor of the Department of Judicial Administration, available for signing from 0900hrs to 1400hrs. Additionally, a condolence register will be accessible at the Bar Council office starting from February 11.

Uz Ismail Visham passed away on January 31. In the wake of his demise, President Dr. Mohamed Muizzu and senior officials in the judiciary and legal sector have also conveyed their condolences, with the President describing Visham's death as an irreparable loss to the legal service and expressing grief over the loss of a dedicated young and educated individual.
