Command Sergeant Major Ahmed Abdulla retires from MNDF

Command Sergeant Major Ahmed Abdulla has retired from the Maldives National Defence Force (MNDF).

Command Sergeant Major Ahmed Abdulla retired from MNDF on December 31, 2023. The retirement ceremony was attended by Chief of Defense Force Lieutenant General Abdul Raheem Abdul Latheef, alongside other MNDF officials.

At the time of his retirement, Command Sergeant Major Ahmed Abdulla held the position of Sergeant Major of MNDF, the highest rank among enlisted military officers. Having dedicated 31 years to the MNDF, his remarkable career also included a role as a representative at the Islamic Military Counter-Terrorism Coalition Centre prior to his retirement.
