Islamic Ministry signs MoU to digitalize services

The Ministry of Islamic Affairs has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with TradeNet Maldives Corporation Limited aimed at digitizing the services.

The MoU was signed by Minister of Islamic Affairs Dr. Mohamed Shaheem Ali Saeed and Managing Director of TradeNet Maldives Saeeda Umar.

Speaking at the ceremony, Minister Shaheem said the digitization and development of the Islamic ministry's services will speed up the work of the ministry and make it easier for the public. Also at the ceremony, Managing Director Saeeda said the purpose of the MoU is to facilitate easy public access to the Islamic ministry's services.

Developing and modernizing the services provided by government ministries and state-owned companies is part of President Dr. Mohamed Muizzu's development vision.
