Minister of Dhivehi Language, Culture, and Heritage Adam Naseer Ibrahim has shared President Dr. Mohamed Muizzu's vision to revive Maldivian nationalism. He provided the information at a meeting held for individuals working to revive nationalism.
During the meeting, Minister Naseer shared the government's policies with the attendants, stating that their assistance is greatly needed in the government's initiative to revive nationalism. He expressed hope that people from a diverse range of fields would contact him and express their interest in the initiative. He added that he will continue holding the meetings to hold discussions on various aspects of Maldivian culture.
President Muizzu has expressed his commitment to prioritise the revival of Maldivian history, culture, and customs. As such, he established the Minister of Dhivehi Language, Culture, and Heritage as a dedicated ministry to revive Maldivian nationalism, emphasising the importance of building a united society, which is a key government policy.
