President-elect's office urges state to conduct legal transactions

The Office of the President-elect has urged state agencies to conduct transactions related to assets and finances within the legal framework during the transitional phase.

In a press release, the President-elect's Office noted that the transitional phase is a result of the people's decision to accept new policies and hand over the affairs of the state to a new government. It stated that the spirit of the transition period should be to transfer state powers to the new government elected by the people.

Additionally, the President-elect's Office stressed the importance of protecting state funds and property by refraining from conducting transactions in order to allow the new government to implement its policies. It expressed concern that state agencies are hurriedly initiating new business transactions with state assets and funds during the transitional phase. It warned that those responsible will be investigated and legal action will be taken if corruption is involved.

Furthermore, the President-elect's Office urged businesses and citizens to pay particular attention to whether they are conducting business transactions with government institutions and state-owned companies through legal means. It also implored state agencies to comply with the laws and regulations and to respect the spirit of the transitional phase instead of hurriedly conducting business transactions.
