The Maldives and Andorra have signed an Agreement on Mutual Exemption of Visa Requirements. The agreement was signed by Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Ahmed Khaleel and Imma Tor Faus, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Andorra.
Ministry of Foreign Affairs said the agreement allows for the exemption of visas for single or multiple entry for the nationals of both countries for a period of 90 days.
During the discussions following the signing ceremony, State Minister Khaleel expressed his gratitude to the government of Andorra for its commitment to strengthening the existing ties of friendship and cooperation between the two countries and conveyed hope that the signing of the agreement will increase avenues for further engagement and people-to-people contact between the Maldives and Andorra.
