The Democrats has launched its official manifesto for the upcoming presidential election.
Ilyas Labeeb, the presidential candidate of The Democrats, and running mate Hussain Amr launched the party's manifesto at a ceremony held at Sultan's Park in Male' City.
The manifesto strives to achieve personal well-being and a life marked by respect. It is structured into five primary policies, with a dedicated focus on addressing climate change. This involves the formulation of regulations to uphold minimal electricity usage and the integration of climate-resistant criteria in construction practices. Additionally, the manifesto encompasses the implementation of initiatives aimed at furnishing support packages to individuals in need.
