President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih has inaugurated the new extension building of the healthcare centre on Vashafaru and the new football ground on Dhidhdhoo in Haa Alifu Atoll.
The extension building of the healthcare centre on Vashafaru was constructed by Perfect Malafehi Maldives Private Limited. The new wing features a public health unit offering preventive and promotive health services, an administrative space for managing and coordinating healthcare staff, a medical store ensuring the availability and quality of essential medicines and supplies, and a laundry room.
Additionally, the football stadium on Dhidhdhoo is equipped with turf and modern amenities. The opening of this stadium reflects the administration's commitment to promoting sports and healthy lifestyles among the youth.
