Public Service Media (PSM) has decided to broadcast South Asian Football Federation (SAFF) Championship 2023 matches on its sports channel YesTV.
PSM has taken all the rights to the tournament and the matches will be broadcast in collaboration with Maldives Islamic Bank (MIB). The coverage of all the matches of the tournament will be broadcast under the name SAFF Foari alongside Maldivian football experts.
SAFF Championship will be held until July 4. In addition to the six countries playing in the SAFF region, two countries from outside the region will be invited to the tournament. The tournament will be divided into Group A and Group B. A total of four players will be in both teams, with reigning champions India, Pakistan, Kuwait, and Nepal in Group A and the Maldives, Lebanon, Bhutan and Bangladesh in Group B. Kuwait will begin the first match of the tournament against Nepal.
The tournament has been broadcasted by PSM since 2003.
