The Maldives and Slovenia have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) regarding Political Consultations between both countries.
The MoU was signed by Dr. Hussain Niyaaz, Secretary of Economic Cooperation, on behalf of the Government of the Maldives, and Mateja Norčić Štamcar, Political Director at the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs, on behalf of Slovenia.
The MoU aims to enhance and expand bilateral relations and cooperation between the Maldives and Slovenia. It will also facilitate the holding of regular consultations between the two countries at all levels on bilateral relations and international issues of mutual interest. The signing of the MoU demonstrates the shared commitment of the Maldives and Slovenia to enhancing bilateral cooperation between the two nations.
