Minister of Foreign Affairs Abdulla Shahid has arrived on an official visit to Budapest, Hungary.
During the visit, Minister Shahid is scheduled to meet with his counterpart Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade Péter Szijjártó to discuss ways to further strengthen the already robust relations between the Maldives and Hungary and will exchange views on issues of mutual concern. Furthermore, Minister Shahid will meet the Vice President of the Hungarian Parliament Csaba Hende along with several other senior government officials to explore further avenues of cooperation between the Maldives and Hungary.
Prior to arriving in Hungary, Minister Shahid made an official visit to Serbia.
