President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih has announced that the official government working hours during the first seven days of Shawwal will remain from 0900-1300hrs as in the holy month of Ramadan.
The announcement was made in the 2022/04 number directive issued by the President’s Office. Furthermore, the President’s Office also advised government offices to adhere to the official working hours when planning events and activities.
The official government working hours during Ramadan were from 0900-1300hrs to allow as much time as possible for the affairs of daily life and for the convenience of the public to perform religious affairs.
