Business Centre Corporation (BCC) has launched Kumevi, a magazine for small and medium enterprises (SMEs). The magazine was unveiled by Minister of State for Economic Development Neeza Imad at a ceremony held at SME Hub.
Speaking at the ceremony, State Minister Neeza said this is the first magazine for SMEs released in the Maldives aimed at providing the latest information on small and medium businesses across the country. She said that it will also provide the latest developments in the business sector and praised BCC for its initiatives to develop SMEs.
BCC stated that the magazine will be released every month and will allow SMEs to spread information on their business to the public and find their market. It stated that the magazine will also support entrepreneurs interested in starting their own businesses.
Businesses interested in being featured in the magazine can submit their request via the website of BCC or email. The magazine will accept requests from SMEs engaged in any sector in any part of the country.
