Poland discusses enhancing cooperation with Maldives

Poland has discussed enhancing the existing bilateral cooperation with the Maldives. Non-Resident Ambassador of Poland Adam Burakowski held the discussion with President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih while paying his farewell call.

During the meeting, President Solih conveyed greetings and good wishes to Ambassador Burakowski and expressed gratitude for the remarkable services rendered under his leadership as the ambassador. President Solih and Ambassador Burakowski expressed interest in working closely to discuss matters of mutual interest, particularly to enhance and strengthen the existing cooperation at the bilateral and multilateral levels. They further discussed enhancing cooperation in tourism, trade, civil aviation, human resource development, and climate change.

Furthermore, Ambassador Burakowski also expressed confidence in further strengthening the Maldives-Poland relationship. President Solih commended the ambassador for his dedication to further enhancing the bilateral relationship between the two nations. He also wished the ambassador success in all of his future endeavours.
