State Electric Company Limited (STELCO) has provided a generator set to increase the power capacity in Mahibadhoo, Alifu Dhaalu Atoll.
STELCO provided an STW600 model generator which was assembled at the company’s workshop. The workshop introduced the STW300, STW600, and STW800 models to the market last year and provides additional services to buyers. Engineers at the workshop assemble the generators using the latest spare parts imported into the country.
STELCO transferred an STW300 model to Hangnameedhoo, Alifu Dhaalu Atoll, in October last year. The generator set has solved the electricity problems on the island.
