Judicial Service Commission (JSC) has received 10 applications for vacant seats at the judges’ bench of the Criminal Court of the Maldives.
The deadline for the submission of applications for two vacant seats was on January 24. The qualifications included being above 25 years of age, having an undergraduate degree in law, and two years of experience as a judge or lawyer.
Criminal Court judges receive a salary of USD3,132 as well as medical insurance and a phone allowance.
