The Ministry of Finance has opened the tender for the development of the Islamic Centre in Hithadhoo, Addu City.
The finance ministry said the selection process will be conducted on the basis of national competitive bidding rules. The tender will be conducted in accordance with the Construction Practitioners Rules of the Ministry of National Planning, Housing and Infrastructure, the rules for determining the amount of construction work carried out by national tenders, and the Foreign Direct Investment Policy of the Ministry of Economic Development.
Furthermore, the finance ministry said the bid security of USD15,309 must be submitted by interested bidders adding the term of the bid security is 148 days from the date of bid opening. A non-refundable registration fee of USD33 is also payable to participate in the bid. In addition, the bidding will be opened on December 22, according to the ministry.
