Villa College has opened the opportunity for interested individuals to apply for scholarships in 2023.
Villa College has been offering scholarships since 2018. The college opened opportunities in three scholarship fields for next year. They are Villa Open Scholarship, Villa International High School Scholarship, and Alumni Scholarship. A total of three open scholarship opportunities are available, including foundation, degree, and master’s level. Villa High School graduates are offered two scholarship opportunities and there are two opportunities available for Alumni Scholarships, including degree and master's levels.
Villa College Vice Rector Dr. Ali Najeeb said the Community Engagement Scholarship will be opened through Villa campuses in the atolls of the country at different times of the year. He also said the scholarship is now being offered on a merit basis. He, however, said some changes have been made to the scholarship rules from next year.
The opportunity to apply for a scholarship is open to both new college applicants and current college students. The deadline for submission of applications is January 16, 2023.
