Housing Development Corporation (HDC) has signed an agreement with Rhythm Fitness to provide free exercise programmes to residents of Hulhumale'
The agreement was signed by the Managing Director of HDC Ahmed Athif and the owner of Rhythm Fitness Azreera Sodiq. HDC revealed one main objective of the agreement is to facilitate healthy living for the elderly living in Hulhumale'. Under the agreement, Rhythm Fitness will provide free classes to elderly women. Information regarding the programme will be posted on the Instagram page of Rhythm Fitness.
HDC works to provide healthy living to the people living in Hulhumale'. As such, HDC has already conducted various programmes to provide information on healthy living and exercise. In August, HDC also held a special forum on healthy living standards for elderly people.
HDC said the corporation will always work to provide information on healthy living to the residents in Hulhumale' and raise awareness among the public. HDC believes the agreement with Rhythm Fitness will be of great benefit to the elderly.
