The High Court and the Criminal Court have decided to go to recess in December.
The courts will stay in recess until December 31. However, the courts will conduct hearings that are necessary during recess.
The Criminal Court stated it will continue to work on major criminal cases and issue remand and court orders during recess. The High Court stated that it will continue to work on time-sensitive cases and hold sentencing hearings.
