Minister of Home Affairs Imran Abdulla has stated the key to success is discipline. He made the statement while speaking at the closing ceremony of the traffic monitors programme.
Speaking at the ceremony, Minister Imran said discipline is the most important trait for an individual who wishes to be successful in any industry or career. He said each person should strive to do what is asked of them to the best of their ability with discipline, adding that everyone wants their nation to prosper.
Additionally, Minister Imran said every individual wants to achieve happiness and success but that it can only be achieved after they instill discipline within themselves. He said the next step is to hone and use their skills and knowledge in their chosen field.
A total of 130 students from three schools in Laamu Atoll participated in the programme conducted by the Maldives Police Service (MPS) in collaboration with the Ministry of Education. Minister Imran presented certificates to the students at the closing ceremony.
