Housing Development Corporation (HDC) has contracted ADK Hospital for the construction of a medical facility in Hulhumale' Phase II.
HDC signed a framework agreement with the hospital. The agreement was signed by Managing Director at HDC Ahmed Athif and by Managing Director at ADK Hospital Ahmed Affal.
Speaking to PSM News, Affal said that the opportunity came after the hospital expressed interest in the construction of two medical facilities. He said the agreement was signed to finalize the concept of the medical facility and to formulate the feasibility of the project. He said the hospital to be built by ADK will provide tertiary-level services.
Riyan Private Limited was awarded the contract by ADK Hospital to develop conceptual drawings of the health facility in Hulhumale' within six months.
