The Judicial Service Commission (JSC) has begun an investigation of Chief Magistrate of the Guraidhoo Magistrate Court Fathuhulla Jameel Moosa over a disciplinary issue.
JSC is investigating Chief Magistrate Moosa for his negligence in proceeding with a sentencing hearing in accordance with criminal procedures and other relevant regulations.
JSC has formed a committee to investigate the disciplinary case.
