Bank of Maldives (BML) has become the Official Sponsor of all national surf teams as part of its commitment to support the development of sports in the country,
As part of this partnership with the Maldives Surfing Association (MSA), the national bank will also support the annual National Junior Surfing Championship organised by the association, to promote the development of young talent in the sport.
In a statement, the Acting Managing Director of BML Aishath Noordeen said expressed hope to make a real difference in promoting the sport and supporting young athletes achieve their professional dreams.
BML continues its investment in sports with partnerships with national associations of football, swimming, and tennis. BML announced its Sports Scholarship for top athletes in association with the Maldives Olympic Committee (MOC) as part of its 40th Anniversary monthly initiatives.
