Miuvaan appointed as President’s Office Spokesperson

President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih has appointed Miuvaan Mohamed as the Spokesperson at the President’s Office.

Following the new appointment, all media inquiries to the President’s Office should now be directed to Miuvaan. Before the appointment, Miuvaan served as the Director of Communication at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. He attained his postgraduate diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership from the College of Engineering and Business Studies, Sri Lanka.

The appointment follows the resignation of Mohamed Mabrook Azeez from the post. He was appointed as the spokesperson in January 2021.
