Parliament of the Maldives has scheduled to convene the last term for the year on August 18.
The Parliament recessed on June 30 after completing several important bills submitted during the parliamentary term. Normally, the last annual term of the Parliament is the most packed every year as it includes completing bills allocated for the year and working on the state budget for the next year.
The Parliament is scheduled to go to recess again in November.
