The Judicial Service Commission (JSC) has revealed it has received eight applications for the vacancy position on the Criminal Court of the Maldives bench.
The post of Criminal Court Judge was left vacant following the appointment of Criminal Court Judge Dheebaanaaz Fahmy as a Judge at the High Court of the Maldives.
The salary of a Criminal Court judge is USD3,144 with a living allowance of USD976 and a risk allowance of USD214. The judges also receive medical and phone allowances.
