Ministry of National Planning, Housing and Infrastructure has set up a hotline to clarify information on government housing schemes which were announced on June 26.
The planning ministry said the new hotline was set up to provide easy access to information on the housing scheme. The hotline can be accessed every day of the week. As such, the hotline is open from 0800hrs to 2200hrs every day from Tuesday to Thursday. On Sundays, the service will be available from 1400hrs to 2200hrs. The hotline will be available from 0900hrs to 2200hrs on Saturdays.
The two housing schemes that were opened for applications are the 3,000 land plots from Hulhumale' and Gulhifalhu under the Binveriyaa housing scheme and 4,000 housing units from Hulhumale’ under the Gedhoruveriyaa housing scheme. Each individual can only apply for one scheme.
