The High Commission of Pakistan has donated laptops to the Centre for the Holy Quran.
High Commissioner of Pakistan Vice Admiral (rtd) Ather Mukhtar handed over the laptops. He was presented with a plaque on behalf of the National Centre for the Holy Quran. The plaque was handed over by the Minister of State for Islamic Affairs Ilyas Jamal.
Speaking at the ceremony, High Commissioner Mukhtar expressed gratitude towards the centre for the continuous efforts to promote the Quran and Islamic values in society and encouraged the work of the centre.
Meanwhile, State Minister Jamal thanked High Commissioner Mukhtar for the closeness he kept with the centre. He said he envisions a very bright and promising future. He also thanked all those who are working to brighten the future of the National Centre for the Holy Quran.
