Maldives Ports Limited (MPL) has commenced a training programme on leadership and change management for staff working at Hithadhoo Port in Addu City.
MPL stated the training programme aims to teach essential leadership skills that will enable its staff to empower their teams and become more effective leaders. MPL said the programme also aims to improve motivation, productivity and confidence levels of its staff.
The two-day training programme is being held at the office of Hithadhoo Port Limited (HPL), operated under MPL. The programme had also been held earlier for staff working at the Male’ Commercial Harbour and Hulhumale’ International Terminal.
The lecturer of the programme at Hithadhoo Port is Adam Naseer, who is a Maxwell certified leadership coach, master facilitator and NLP master practitioner. He has worked in human resource and employee development for over 20 years.
